About the project

Annondale at Santa Fe is a multi-family development located in Fayetteville, NC. This newly constructed apartment complex offers a large, multi-use clubhouse with a variety of premium amenities that provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents and guests.

The design concept brings together layered elements and rich textures, to create a sense of sophistication balanced by comfort throughout each thoughtfully designed space. The leasing office sets the tone with a refined, yet approachable aesthetic, offering a first impression of understated elegance. Just beyond, the leasing lounge and coffee bar provide relaxed, communal areas where residents can enjoy a cup of coffee amid a warm color palette, accentuated by wood details and soft, layered lighting. This area offers the ideal environment for connecting and unwinding.

In the clubroom, a statement fireplace becomes a focal point, surrounded by luxurious, textured furnishings and architectural details.
